Title: 101 r2203 SDL - can't change language

Try changing the language from English to other, try to load a savegame, no savegames appear.
plus : When changing the language to other, ST will always start in English. (It doesn't matter for me, I'm used to play in English).

Same here.

When I change language, current directry will move from user directory to program directory.
