Title: Release announcement for ST 102.0?

A new version has existed on Sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=196471) for a week, but I don't see any announcement.

Sure, only Pak64 has been updated for 102.0, but is there a place where people can look which of the other pak-sets (without updates) are compatible to 102.0? If there isn't, that information could be collected in this topic, so a future announcement can use it.

Pak96.comic is compatible with 102.

"Simutrans complete" is still "nightly".
BTW, I think 100.0 and 101.0 is not stable version.
They had many bugs and they are not called as "stable" in SF.
I don't know why it says "stable" in forum announce.

Now, let's test 102.0 to see whether it can be called stable.
