Just a quick question. Is there a problem with Nightly's for Windows? I notice that the last one for Linux is 2401 01/04/09. whereas the last one for Windows is 2392 25/03/09.
Note: here in sophisticated oz we but the date as day:month:year. ;D
I work on it ....
I use Yeaar/Month/Day, because when the computer make a sort .....
Hi wernieman,
Thanks for that.
I was speaking tongue in cheek if you understand what I mean? I realise that computers prefer the backwards date method for sorting things.
Look forward to your next Windows Nightly.
Best regards
Colin
The problem seems to have been resolved for the Windows nightly builds (see also Problem with linux, mingw and Version >=2393 (http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=1841.0)).
The Pak128 builds still don't happen, the current PL is 554, available download is for 535.
Since pak128.Britain has become part of the same repository as Pak64, they share the revision number, and that is now at 150.
Great to get them back, I downloaded 2403/550 on Friday or Saturday, (can't remember) but I haven't tried it yet. Hope to do that tonight.
The nightly builds seem to have stopped working, on or after August 8th. I've sent a message to Wernieman.
Wernieman is on holiday at the moment, don't know for how long though.
There was no activity on the source code. Revision 2611, which is available on the nightly site, is from August 5th. Revision 2612 is from August 16th. Maybe we have to wait a little bit.
I've been waiting since Monday morning. :)
Some services (SVN) provided by Werner aren't working for me; some other services might be also affected (nightlies?). So we will have to wait for him to be back (and fix it). Btw, if the new nightlies are so badly needed they can be compiled manually... :)
With min holiday season, also the nightlies are allowed to make a break. I can only read the forum once a week or so. No programming on this machine and during holidays ...
the nightly build server is power off
is no a problem to fixed
It will be work on Thusday (or Wednesday).
I don't know why, but the Server want to make holiday too ;o)
Machines also deserves a rest, specially the nightly builds server.. :P
So ... holiday is away and the service is back ...
and it was not the server, the router make holidays
(The Server send me 3 weeks every 5 Minute a Mail, that there is no conecktion to the I-Net :o( )
Welcome back! I hope you had a good holiday, because that's what really matters :)
A mail every five minutes along 3 weeks means you've recieved...
12 times 5 min by hour x 24 hours by day x 21 days =
6048 mails!! :o
At least I hope you haven't had the
I'm on holiday, try later automatic reply enabled...
No! There are 30240
minutes in three weeks, so nr of mails is 6048 ;D
You're right, but even in that case they're a lot of mails... :P
But ... there is a"search" Funktion ... then "mark all" and "delete" ;o)
