Title: WinGDI r2458 - Fatal error on loading saved games

Windows GDI r2458 + pak128v567 (with some extra add-ons)

On loading previous saved games (r2457 and before) I am getting Fatal Error as below:

   FATAL ERROR: simlinemgmt t:create_line()
   Cannot create default line!

Reverting back to r2457 I can load the saved games.

Current one 2464 should work again too.
