Title: [patch] clickable minimap in city details

With this patch, the minimaps in the city detail window are clickable like the big map.

ALthough it would be more consequnt to have both maps clickable ...

Great idea.  Ive lost count of the number of times ive clicked on the mini map in city details trying to get more information.

Both minimaps in city details are clickable. At least they should.

There was a 'Y' which should be an 'X'... Should work now.
