Title: Problems Installing... V102 Pak64 Linux
Post by: Snappl on July 02, 2009, 02:37:59 am
Alright, i'm installing under Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy"

i've read several other topics and tutorials and come up with THIS as the proper folder.. Arrangement..
(http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/5720/screenshotoxj.png)javascript:void(0);
is this correct?

That is what the interior of my "Simutrans" folder looks like. i click the "Simutrans" Executable, but nothing happens..

Any ideas or suggestions? i believe it's trying to open it with WINE, but i'm not sure...

Thanks!

Note: if the images' font is too small, Right-Click, Select "View Image", and you should be able to zoom from there

Wrong.

Pak folders must be stored IN simutrans folder, where simutrans executable is, together with "config", "text" and other simutrans' folders.

I've done that, and the Executable still doesn't want to... do anything..

I've even tried with Fedora 11, Nothing seems to want to execute the executable..
