Title: (solved) Monorail creation late

I am running simutrans 100.0 with pak128 1.4.3.1a
Currently, I am unable to create the monorail depot at anytime before February 1985 even though there are usable vehicles, track and stations before then.

This should be fixed in rev. 68 (however, the nightly builds don't work again yet): depot and both stations (for monorail/suspended) have been set to appear in 3/1901. (This is only an intermediate fix, the intro dates may have been intended that way, but then objects are missing anyway.)
