r2733 GDI only
I don't know why, but after loading savegames, fps is only 0-4 and it needs long time to become normal again.
Any small savegame have this same problem.
I tested self-compiled GDI version and nightly site's GDI version, and both of them are the same result.
But this problem didn't happend with SDL version on nightly site
