Crash when removing tunnel as public.

How to reproduce:
1. Load attached savegame
2. Change to public player
3. Select remove tool
4. Click on tunnel mouth

Tested in r2742.

Thank you, but problem is not solved yet.
This tunnel is public and busstop is Trikky Transport.
So, you can remove this tunnel as human player.

How to reproduce the problem:
- Load attached savegame
- As human player, select remove roads tool
- Click on tunnel mouth and drag to the other end of tunnel mouth

Result:
 Crash

Tested in r2748. Still crashed.
Solved in r2762. Thank you.
