I was wondering if would be possible to get something similar in Simutrans. A map without homeless, unemployed or p****engers with no route.

that's an admirable approach to gaming!
it would be interesting to know if he has really proven that his 12x12 grid is unbeatably efficient.
Any game in which it is possible to obtain "perfection" so easily and/or with such a formulaic approach is too simple.
ideally, the game would be easy to learn and difficult to master. like chess, I would guess.
And, like chess, not easy to win by brute force of computation.
