Jap Train Fan,

are you using the Simutrans-Experimental version or the Simutrans-Standard version? Presumably, you've compiled the program yourself, since the patch has not been applied so far to any released binaries...?

using standerded version
got all the patches and put them in the config folder

Ahh, that's not how to apply a patch. These are patches to the source code. You have to apply the patch by merging it with the entire source code, then recompile the whole executable file from scratch in order to make it work. If you are not familiar with programming, best just wait until the binary release is available. The next release of Simutrans-Experimental will contain this feature. It may also be added to Standard in the future, but that has not been decided finally yet, I think.
