Title: Where should I put choose signal?

i have a big train system,and there is a busy station.

if i want to put choose signal for another trains p****ing the station,where should i put it?

on the entrice of the turnout?  or in front it?

Choose signals only work properly for trains that actually stop. You should not use them for trains p****ing through, as the results will be quite different from what you probably expect...

I think the latest version of simutrans will make convoys p****ing through a choose platform signal to treat it like a regular signal if there is another choose platform signal along the way to their destination.

Are you sure? That would indeed remove an always re-appearing support/help question...

it's like that in 102.3 experimental, so I'd guess that 102.3 standard has this feature.
