I have another minor problem with planes, or maybe not planes. I have a frieght plane sitting at a stop waiting for flour from a Grain Mill. The grain mill is cross connected to a Bakery and a Food Factory. It is supplying flour for the Food factory which is being picked up by boat, but it is not manufacturing flour for the Bakery. I presume this is because it's not detecting the route from the Plane Stop at the Grain Mill to the Plane Stop at the Bakery.
Pak128 r3707.
Sorry about the two pics.
Edit: Fixed the problem by putting a road stop by the Bakery. There is nothing connected to the road stop, no trucks or transport of any kind but now the Grain Mill makes Flour for the Bakery. Silly ain't it?
Maybe the airport at the Bakery did not accept freight? Adding the road stop enables to accept freight there?
Don't know really. The Bakery said it was linked to the Grain Mill, the Grain Mill said it was linked to the Bakery. The Road Stop by the Grain Mill did nothing. Why would a Road Stop be the Bakery make the difference? it doesn't seem right some how. But if that's what it takes, that's what it takes.
No, I mean, the problem was with the airport at the Bakery: it did not accept freight/goods (maybe) so the plane was not loaded. Then you added a roadstop, which makes the bakery airport accept freight, and the plane starts to transport goods. Iirc, the airport in pak128 only enables to transport p****engers and mail.
there is an airport's extension in pak128 which accepts goods, use it, it it's not avaible use a special extension like warehouse.
In pak128 plane stop DAT, the "enables_pax", "enables_post" and "enables_ware" values are all ommited, so at default value. I guess that means the stop will accept p****engers, not sure about mail (I would say no) and will NOT accept any freight. To activate freight (and probably mail) extensions or additional stations are required.
This was a good suggestion, I took away the Road Stop and put a Goods Wharehouse in place. It works fine. Thanks gauthier.
