Title: [BUG] r3862 Win7 pak96.comic savegame error

I don't know what caused it, but my savegame now give an error message:

FATAL ERROR:
planquadrat_t::rdwr()
Error while loading game:
Unknown ground type '12'
PRESS ANY KEY
I guess I lost my savegame, but why it happened? Any idea?
I tried testing with r3872 but, the .exe from nightly page download crash when it finish loading, and my compile crash when I try to load a save.

The game was not saved completely, a lot is missing. Either harddisk was full or simutrans crashed during saving or write error in OS.

Now I can see how important autosave is. ;D
