New forum language interfaces

Hi,

Today, The International Simutrans Forum received two translated interfaces: Czech and Spanish.

Now if you speak one of these languages and want to see the forum in your own language, you have to change your "Preferred Language" in profile:

1) Profile > Modify Profile > Account Related Settings > Preferred Language

2) Choose one language

3) Type your p****word to confirm the changes and click on "Change profile".

You are done.

These two languages are installed for testing purposes. If everything go well, we'll install French and Portuguese forum interfaces, and then, all other languages.

Good news:

As no important issue has been reported, French and Portuguese language packages have been installed.

Now French and Portuguese speakers can use the forum in own languages.
