r2415 ground-objects

A ground-object with:

waytype=water and
climates=water

will be completely ignored.

A ground-object with:

waytype=air and
climates=water,desert

can find everywhere.

A: This can be only created on rivermounts, since climate water is the coast. Only a river at the coast fillfills this condition. Thus its chances of creation are very small.

B: air can go anywhere. This is intended.
