[byg r2589] Text input box caret doesn't move to right

If caret positon is the front of text, caret doesn't move to right with right arrow key. (Tested with GDI version)

How to reproduce:
1. Click text input box.
2. Press left arrow key several times and move caret to the front of text.
3. Press right allow key

Result:
Caret doesn't move to right.
It worked in previous versions.
