MLM Problems

Deciding it would be better not to rejuvenate the MLM thread, I wrote this one.

Where are the platforms for people - I can only get people using them if I add the thingies in Special Construction (or whatever it's called)- This is rather annoying, as I can't use it in Urbanised Areas-?
