[patch] ingame help

I've made some minor corrections to the in-game help en texts.

These Corrections are to reflect some changes that have been introduced.

Summary

- [removed] Ctrl + Fx as mapping tools in this way has been removed in 100.0
- [change] guide.simutrans.com changed to docs.simutrans.com
- [change] Custom Maps will be stored in the maps directory rather than save directory.(nightlies) Custom Maps can be found at maps.simutrans.com

in game help files included in SimuTranslator

corrected and write the texts in SimuTranslator
