Can place the cities in the snow mountains?

Can I?

I modify it since it doesn't make sense.

I'm using pak96.comic and pak128.Britain. Mostly pak96.comic.

"snow" is not a terrain type, and has no effect on where cities can be placed.

PS: You can speak in any language... I use best translator!

In fact, English is required in the English part of the forum, as are the various languages in their parts.

Oh I wish it is a terrain. pak96.comic has snow...

You don't understand how this works.

Ocean is level 0. One step above that is 1, and so on up to the highest level.

You set where each terrain starts when you start a new map.

You also set where the snowline is.

At the level you set "summer", it will only be snow, year round, above that. As though that was the terrain.

So, thankfully, the reality of how it is is much better than what you think you want.

I'm beginning to suspect that we're having trouble communicating with you in English. It seems you're not understanding us very well a lot of the time.

o.o Oh really, brave man... I never have trouble communicating people. Well, cha cha.

"Brave man"? Excuse me?

And you apparently didn't understand double-posting until it was explained to you AT LEAST four times.

You're causing a lot of trouble here, and our patience with you is beginning to run thin.

We're glad to help you - but you are using up a lot of energy on this forum, all by yourself.

I would definitely not agree that you "never" have trouble communicating with people, because you've had a lot of trouble while you've been here so far.

Well at least the other people have problems to understand you. But that's probably to blame on the translator you use.

This - in combination with the topic title - shall mean you're asking whether houses can be built there i guess.

The area that is always snow covered even in summer is indeed an own climate called "arctic". That means if you have houses and townhalls that can be built in arctic climate then cities can grow there too, but most paksets don't have such buildings.

Ok, back to the topic now...

I know snowline now... just that, I knew that I cannot place citites on mountains in pak96.comic.
