[bug r2677] Crash when open line with empty entry and modified it

How to reproduce:
1. Open depot window and click "New Line"
2. Close Line management window
3. Buy a vehicle and click "Apply Line"
4. Click "Update line"
5. Close Line management window

Result:
Crash
