[Bug] r2818 Win pak64 - crash on starting up

For some reason, Simutrans no longer likes me. D:

I downloaded sim-winsdl_2009-10-22_v102.3_r2818.zip and simupak64-224.zip from Nightly site. It always worked for me.

New versions use skin from program folder, I guess it's not in nightly...

What I could do is installing a stable and moving nightly folders into. Am I correct?

Make a folder "skin" in the simutrans program folder. Copy some menu.skin.pak into this folder (from your favorite pak set) and start simutrans normally.

menu.WindowSkin.pak is missing in Nightly Builds.

Why you are not using the script "distribution.sh" in the trunk folder? It should autmoatically include all needed files and pak them into a zip archive, together with the most current translations.

Could I make a path with the "distribution.sh" an a spezial switch?

for the nightly I want to make different Names than the "official".
