v102.2-pak128 crash with public service and garage

I have found a bug when I use the public service and do click on a garage.
Using the version 102.2 and pak128

The first message that appears is:
FATAL ERROR: vector_tpl<T>::[]
index out of bounds: 2 not in 0..1
PRESS ANY KEY

And second is a Runtime Error from Windows XP

Ok public service is not supposed to run any vehicles so it has no access to any depots. But of course this should not lead to a game crash... and so the problem has already been fixed in the nightly versions and should therefore be gone from the next release as well.
