variable in config.tab

James,
Several weeks ago we concluded that a variable, responsible for the amount of refunds, was possibly to high and woĂșld be changed from 2 to 1,5
If not to late: Would it make sense to put that variable in the config.tab?
That way we can play a little with it to sort out the right value.
Up till now I am not very much charmed with the refund-system. The idea is good, but in large scenarios it has a (to) huge impact.

BTW: Motorcycles in 1750 ?? (citycars)

AvG,

as discussed in another thread, I think, I have recently found a bug in the calculation of the refund (aside from the multiplier to which you referred) that resulted in the figure being significantly too high, which will be fixed in the next release.

Incidentally, the motorcycles are cl****ed as pedestrians, not city cars.

James,
I am aware of the bug and multiplicater history.
I think however that such an important influence, if possible, should be incorporated in the config.tab.
That way players can help in establishing the right value.
If it is still not 100% OK we have to wait again for a next release.

Never had a look into the pedestrian files.
But cyclist or motorcyclist 1750 is to early.
