Change in Minimum Load or Max Wait for Line does not change Schedules

I just downloaded 3.14. With this version an update to a line schedule that only involves changing Min Load or Max Wait values does not update the schedules of the vehicles in the line.

When a change to a stop is made on the linen schedule that all the vehicles schedule ar update including the prior changes to Min Load and Max Wait.

Thank you very much for the report. The problem has been found and will be fixed in the next release.
