Vann challenge

Don't be surprised by the name of the challenge - Vann. It's fantasy (invented by myself). The names of the cities are fantasy also.
There are 17 cities on the 600x600 map. They're not big, so it's on you to grow them.
Also there's many industry.
I think this wouldn't be so hard. Chronology on.
The winner will have maximum population, acc balance and net wealth and not much overcrowded stations after 29 years of playing (the game starts 1931).
