Powerline Bridge - missing an icon in the tool bar

Hi

I thought we couldn't build power lines over water.  Found out today that we can.

Problem stems from not knowing we have to 'bridge'  water using the special construction tool and the tool not having an icon in the toolbar.

V102 - downloaded about a month ago. No modifications.



Should the tool bar have an icon?
