[small patch] Minimap Dragging Direction

I always set the "Scroll Inverse" option for map dragging. However, minimap dragging does not change accordingly. I think consistent dragging direction (for both large map and minimap) is better, and hence this small patch -- a patch so small that I hesitate to make it a patch. :P
