Frankpenz nightly page

Can anyone help with this. I get the following error message when ever I try to download anything from http://www.frankpenz.de/~nightly/simutrans/index.php
This has been happening for at least 3 days now.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /var/www/vhosts/frankpenz.de/web_users/nightly/simutrans/include/func.php on line 35

Please feel free to move this post if the problem has been addressed elsewhere.
