Re: Placement of cities Reply #1 – June 04, 2010, 07:49:50 am Start with 0 cities, pause the game immediately, switch to public player and use the map-edit buttons. You can add cities, grow/shrink cities, build factories, link factories, build curiosities and build houses. Quote Selected
