Program fails to boot!

OK up until the day before yesterday I played Sumatrans fine, yesterday the program just failed to boot. It would not show the black command prompt window and started using 100% CPU but the average memory. This even occurs on a fresh installation! I NEED HELP!!

Guys I've tried everything I know, I've just about given up, any ideas at this point are greatly appreciated.

System Restore did not fix the problem and new installations don't work either(tried 7 times), has any body encountered this? Could some part of the program not be starting? if so how can I fix it? I'm at whits end.

It works...I don't have a clue how it worked but it works! 8th time lucky I guess, can having more than one instillation cause the program not to work I found on in the temp files.
