SMSC September Edition: Rivers and Channels

After the summer break, we go on with the Simutrans Monthly Screenshot Contest. The September's topic is Rivers and Channels

Rules
  • Picture max size: 800x600
  • Available picture formats: png or jpg
  • Topic: Rivers and Channels
  • You may use any pakset you want
  • Zoom is allowed.
  • Please include a short description and mention the pak you've used.
  • You can upload the picture to files.[ simutrans [dot] us (site down, do not visit) ] or any other image hosting service, and then post link to the image here.
  • The nomination period ends at September 20th . Then, we'll make a poll to decide the winner(s)

Prize:

A mention at Simutrans Hall of Fame, compliments by the community and one post including your picture in the official blog.

Central station in town of Ancona (pak128)




The station is the terminal for a main train line, and it also serves several tram lines that connect little towns around and the boats to transport p****engers to near islands.

Frank, I also noticed that so I've resized the image before uploading it to graphics.simutrans.com.

If not noted keeps some point turn any more.

If rules are defined, must also be kept in it. At least that's my opinion.

Well, the nominations are not closed yet so I think there's margin to rectify. It would be different if the nominations were closed and the voting period open. In that case, you would be right, the image would be rejected.

PS: We had a similar case several editions ago with an image from ger

Given you've used my image as an example, can I submit it as an actual entry (the one on the left with the long aqueduct)?  I always liked that shot. 

Title: Slough Aqueduct (sorry, not very original I know so if you can think of a better one go ahead).

I grew up near Slough. It didn't have an aqueduct, though.
