pak96.comic Version 0.4.5 for Simutrans 101.1-2250 or newer

Tested with the latest nightlies. So pak96.comic is up to date. You should use Version R2250 or a newer Simutrans Version. But pak96.comic Version 0.4.5 should run with 101.1.

What is new?

Many busses.

1. roadsign private street add
2. roadsign no entrance add
3. 30 busses (with trailers) add (many with playercolors)
4. old busses RaTo and NEO changed
5. names for all busses in german and english
6. english citylist add
7. truckyard changed
8. truckyard button and cursor add
