Problem with boats and oil rigs

Hello!!

This is my first post, so if I'm doing something wrong, tell me.

I've looked for this topic, but I haven't found it.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I don't manage to bring oil from the oil rigs in the sea to somewhere else using a boat.

I build a quay and a shipyard. I build a EnCo oil tanker, and I ****ign it the route from the oil rig (putting an 1% of minimum charge) to the quay.

The boat goes to the oil rig and stays there without moving, waiting for being filled, which never happens.

I've tried to build oil tanks near the quay, freight stations with trains... but never works.

Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You're doing it wrong, petroleum will not be put in your boat if the dock do not have a way to a refinery or something that uses the oil from that specific Oil Rig.
You can take a look in this topic and probably look this topic.

You should also added this topic in help request, since you're unsure if it's a bug.
