Translations of pak128

I just uploaded everything to Translator. It should contain all objects present in next release.

Notably, two new categories are present: trolleybuses and monorail texts. All trolleybuses have a fixed postfix _128. Don't translate that, it is not part of vehicle name! And monorails in 128 are "schwebebahn", a special track with hanging vehicles. Translate that as what it is, not "monorail".
