Linux build

Thanks to Ansgar, there is now a Linux binary build of Simutrans-Experimental available: see here for the download page, or here for information on how to get it. Any testing or bug reports from Linux users will be very welcome!

The only bugs I have noticed so far has already been mentioned in one of the other threads.
