New forum child boards: Saved games and Arena

New topics with sve's and challenges made me get an idea of creating two child boards in Simutrans Discussion board:

Saved game: a place where a player can post saved games with screenshots and receive comments.

Arena: a place where contests and challenges can take place. A member can propose challenges for community or challenge another player, official contest and so on.

Soon I'll be creating these child boards. Then, if you want us to move a topic with a challenge or saved game into these new child boards, please, post here the link of the topic.
