can someone tell me how i would go about merging paks

i play alot of simutrans and i want to be able to have all the uk trains and tracks and what from  the brit128 pak and have them in the normal pak 128 maybe even the jap.pak as well maybe . my whole games are just huge huge **** railroads and i like having veriaty cruising around so i never get boared
