trains stuck

Hello;
I thought I had figured it out quite well with train signals etc;
and it worked very well until today;
for some reasons all trains get stuck in one station.
I uploaded the sve file (http://simutrans-germany.com/files/upload/newer%205.sve)
as you can see in underground mode,
all trains get stuck in brendten oil pump station.
Does anyone have an idea why?

I couldn't open it. I'm using pak64 102.2

There is something inherently wrong with your game it wont load under normal PAK64 conditions. Perhaps you should upload the complete game?
