Pak128.Brian-Ex - problem with intercity roadways

I loaded the latest v7.0 Simutrans-Ex and the 0.3 Pack128.Britain-Ex. I created a new map with start date of 1850. I roadways within each city are Cobblestone with max weight of 80t and speed of 35km/h. However, between cities the roadway are Asphalt with 80t and max speed of 80km/h. Is this a bug? In other versions the intercity road start at very low quality.

thank you for your report. This is indeed a bug, which has already been reported. I have already found the solution, which will be incorporated into the next release. Thank you very much for taking the time to report it, though - it is much appreciated.
