Industry cross connections

Good morning all, using Pak128 v102.2.1.   I have a furniture factory and an electronics factory sharing the same rail terminal. The electronics factory receives gl**** from a remote site served only by rail, now the storage area at the gl**** factory is over flowing with furniture which will not load onto the train. The train continues to load gl****.   The furniture destination is not served by rail. How do I get the furniture back?
Thanks for any ideas.

Aparently it is served by rail, otherwise the furniture is not loaded. CHeck you connections in the stations detail window. If there is a connection listed, then there is usually a convio serving that destination indirectly. Maybe the electronic factory produces piece goods? Then also te furniture can be laoded there.

Thank you. I think I found the problem. The furniture is destined for shopping center which is serviced only by truck however 3 tiles away I have a rail service as a commuter rail from town hall. I used a platform that accepts freight as well as p****engers. Would the game ****ume this as a connection?

It should not. Do you have a savegame? I need this for debugging.

Thank you. Sorry no saved game available. Shortly after last post had power surge while game was running. My saved backup is prior to addition of industries in question. Will post again if I can recreate scenario as I rebuild my game.
