[patch] ground info
this patch changes ground-info window a little bit:
1) if two ways are on a tile, the name if the second way is now shown in the info window
2) If there is a halt on a tile, the name of the halt and its info is not shown on the ground info window. If one clicks on a tile with a halt, at first the halt window come, the second click gives the ground info window with information about the ways on the tile. Here the extra info from the stations is confusing imho.
