Crash when removing tunnels

When I try to remove a train tunnel simutrans crashes.
The tunnels are located in my save game on location 133,148 and 133,147.

I use Simutrans v101 Jan 3 2009 and PAK128.

note by mod (whoami): fixed URL, which ceased to work after DNS alias problem arose.

Checking with rev.2266: appears to be fixed.
