pak96.comic factories?

Hi,
before a long time i see in add-ons subsection many nice factories. For example Qayyum's Paper factory & Print works, chemistry, pharmacy, Oil ring etc...
... but they aren't in actual pak96.comic. :'(
Why?

My ToDo-List is very long. My time is very short.

I make what I can. And anythink will coming soon.
