Losing Money

Hey everyone, I'm new here but I've been playing for a few weeks on -freeplay now. Anyway I'm still hopeless but I decided to play without freeplay on. Problem is I keep losing money, I don't know how I could be because I have used only dirt roads and only have 1 depot. All my trucks are making profit. Can someone please help me. How can I attach a savegame so that you guys can look at it and see where I went wrong?
(Also: I play Pak128)
Please help!

Also, the message saying   "____ stop is crowded" keeps coming up in this new version (I just switched from 0.9 something to 1.01) and it's pretty annoying, how can I stop it coming up, I dont care if a stop is full only if trucks are stuck there!

EDIT: I found where the savegame was! So I will attach it and if someone could take a look at it that would be great. Thx! Please tell me where I went wrong and where I could improve.

EDIT 2: I use the private road sign addon, IDK if you need that to look at my savegame but if you do you'll find it at www.addons.simutrans.com which I guess you already know anyway.

The "[stop] is crowded" message means that there are more goods/p****engers at your stop than there is capacity for them. You will need to service the stop more regularly to increase capacity on the line. That should also increase your revenue.

@Toilet maker:  I think you can get rid of the crowded message by playing with the menu found under: "Message centre", then "Options", then "Station full".

I think I should of phrased this bit better. I know what it means but I can't afford that many trucks, I just want the message to not come up. Even if I could afford that many trucks it would cause too much traffic and all. But thanks for trying!

Thanx for that! It stopped it from coming up now!

No one got any solutions to my main problem? Ah well :(

Hi Toilet Maker,

there is a simple solution for your problem, you just need to build more trucks, to generate more income. To get a more constant flow of the vehicles seperate incoming and out outgoing goods to different stations. And use the Gravel Road because it´s also cheap but much faster then the Dirt Road.
I´ve tested these changes with your savegame and it makes a monthly profit around 800 Credits.

To add to Rohal's comments, while the dirt/gravel roads have no maintenance costs, your loading docks each cost 108c a month in maintenance.  Each line has two loading docks, so 216c a month.  While your routes are making a profit, they need to make more than 216c a month in order to offset maintenance costs.  More trucks should help  ;)
