100.0 & r1953 - Mouse wheel scrolling on schedule window works as left click

simutrans 100.0 & r1953

This problem was reported in old forum by agamemnus.

When I scroll mouse wheel on schedule window, list item under mouse wheel will be selected.
If it was delete mode, list item under mouse wheel will be deleted.

This problem doesn't happen when I scroll mouse wheel on right side scroll bar.

How to reprodece:
1. Open schedule window.
2. Click "Delete" button.
3. Scroll mouse wheel on one of the list items of schedule window.
