[Resolved v3.4] P****engers that wait too long - stop complaining and go home!

Would it slow things down too much to have p****engers leave the stop as soon as they wait too long, rather than having them disappear when the convoy finally arrives to pick them up?  Not only is it a bit confusing to see those waiting p****engers simply disappear when the convoy pulls in, but also those unhappy people are taking up valuable space at the stop where fresh p****engers (who have not yet waited too long) are coming in.

Edit:  No longer an issue as of v3.4

As you may have noticed, this has been implemented in 3.4 :-)
