If you consider it as a kind of government then you can imagine founding new industries is the same as government support for an economy in crisis. Same goes for alterations in a city or for connecting cities with roads. On the other hand, if you take a more liberal view, then it is out of the question to use the public player for these kind of things.In short, you can elect your own government... Quote Selected
