Underground cursor colour

The new shaded 3-d underground cursor has a custom colour. By default, it is orange, which matches the default cursor box of Pak128 and Pak64. However, the cursor box in Pak128.Britain is yellow. To compensate, I suggest that the following lines be added to the Pak128.Britain simuconf.tab file before the next release:

Thanks - I will investigate and make sure that the next release is compatible with the latest exe.
