Pharmaceuticals and Chemists

I have a pharmaceuticals factory that is filled with finished goods and it has a contract with a Chemist.  I just don't know how to get the goods to the Chemist.  I look for the building at the coordinates given, but it is in the heart of a city and not sure what to do from here.

Hello Keith

Do you see the building ..the Chemist?  If not try the display button (game options) and have pressed in 'transparent instead of hidden' hide city buildings' 'hide all buildings'.  Your chemist will show up as red building.
